Thank you for your interest in the Conversations for Change virtual Symposium which was hosted by the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Consumer Consultative Committee (CCC) on 18-19 October 2022.

- Individual patients or carers with experience of living with a particular condition and demonstrated experience or an active interest in engaging with HTA

Health consumer and patient organisations, defined as: support groups and organisations that are community, health consumer and patient focused. Individuals living with a health condition and/or their carers will also represent a majority of members in their governing bodies. Relevant organisations include:
- general umbrella organisations (e.g. representing either disease-specific organisations and/or national umbrella organisations) and;
- community, health consumer or disease specific organisations representing individual patients on acute and/or chronic diseases -
Consumer members of a Department of Health and Aged Care committee
